RELEASE FORM

I hereby grant permission to Astrodime Transit Authority nonexclusive rights

related to, and permission to use and publish, any photographs, films, video

tapes, electronic representations, written materials and or sound recordings

provided by me for INtransit V.3: Secret Decoder Ring.

I hereby release the Astrodime Transit Authority

form any and all liability from such use and publication.

I hereby authorize the reproduction, sale, exhibit, electronic

storage and/or distribution of such photographs, films, video tapes, electronic

representations, and sound recordings at the discretion of the Astrodime Transit

Authority. For such use I will receive a one-time honorarium of $25 and three

copies of the completed compilation, INtransit v.3: Secret Decoder Ring.

I understand that these photographs, films, video tapes, electronic

representations, may be used by or to promote the Astrodime Transit Authority

now or at any time in the future, including, without limitation in the advertisement

and promotion of the Astrodime Transit Authority and its video journal INtransit.
