- Marketing Manual update. [WW] Checked Mira's Marketing How-to Manual, edited Chapters 1 & 2. Chapter 3 needs edited. Chapters 5 - 8 are missing!

- Posting consistency, try to match existing layouts and styles.

- Fall-Winter Fundraisers (Dinner & A Movie, Jazz Brunch, “Show Us The Love!”) pending (YSok to give us a date)

- Updating brochure (COOL brochure) (Walter and Mary Ann).

- Thursday November 12 7pm Life. Support. Music. @ UMass Lowell, Room 222, part of Parker Lecture Series, co-sponsored by 119 Gallery, Lowell Film Collaborative and UMass Lowell.

- Monday November 16 7pm Andreas Kapsalis Trio @ UMass Lowell, performance and workshop on music for film, co-sponsored by 119 Gallery, LFC, Revolving Museum and UMass Lowell.

- Bookings looking at alternate venues this month. How did this work out (Gemstones)?

- Mass Poetry Fest, we are hosting 3 events – Friday October 16 True Story Theater, Saturday October 17 Doctors Fox, Usonate Orchestra and readings by Annie ‘Zean’ Dunbar and Patrick Shaughnessy, Sunday Oct 18 Movement & Poetry Workshop with Rozann Kraus. (Walter)
