2) Treasurer's Report (Jason)

- Update Annual Report for 2008 to include 119 Gallery Endowment as an asset

- check with Greater Lowell Community Foundation on value of our Endowment, Anstiss letter seems to imply that it is only $5000 not $6250?

4) Curator's Report (Mary Ann)

- Seduce ME: art students from regional schools

- Coming up this Fall, Patrick Pierce & Claire Elizabeth Barratt artists’ residency, CMAA, Denise Dumas, Juried Show judged by Nick Capasso (what is the theme?).

5) Marketing Committee Report (Mira)

- ARTBEAT! in Armory Park

- Facebook page taking off, 400+ members as of last week

- Mira is leaving July 12 … thank you Mira for everything you’ve done for the gallery - for putting us on the map, for bringing in a young dynamic group of people, for helping to build our community in a number of unique and creative ways. We need to give Mira a suitable send off … PARTY!

6) Development Committee Report (Walter)

- Working on NEA narrative

- Sent proposals to Jim and Alex Ruthmann for interns to help with gallery programming, recording XFest and publishing a CD, etc.

7) Sushi Smackdown (YSok)

- Positive & negative outcomes.

- Plans for next year?

8) UML Intern

- How is this working out? Have we heard from work study program?

9) Plans for Lowell Folk Festival

- New mural by Mike Dailey, need to raise money for supplies and find volunteers to help.

10) Closing August ...

- Need to find someone to repair & refinish the floors between August 3 & August 16

- Work on the exterior.
